Graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon (France) and Cornell University (USA), Philippe Lavagna joined SBM Offshore in Monaco in 1994 as Concept Engineer specialized in Mooring & Riser Systems. Leveraging on his wide EPCI (Engineering Procurement, Construction, Installation) experience at various functions in offshore projects, Philippe, is today Product Account Manager for New Energies Terminals. In his function, Philippe promotes the development of Imodco’s Jetty-less solutions for the transportation vectors of Renewable Energies over long haul distances: by ship in form of liquid cargo.
Philippe’s passion is to understand the market needs in order to develop the right products addressing these. He believes in win-win as the only sustainable way to do business, based on mutual trust relationship to contribute to a better world.
