Lavinia Bauerochse is the Global Head of ESG at Deutsche Bank‘s Corporate Bank and a member of the divisional Executive Committee of Corporate Bank. Lavinia is responsible for the Sustainable Finance dialogue with corporate clients of Corporate Bank globally as well as defining Corporate Bank’s ESG strategy and offering. Aditionnaly, she is Co-leading the Energy and Real Economy Transition Workstream of GFANZ, a member of the Advisory Board of PlanA. Earth and a member of the Standing Committee of the Green and Sustainable Finance Cluster Germany.

Lavinia has been with the Deutsche Bank for more than 20 years. Prior to her current role, she was Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Bank Germany, and held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, both in Germany and the UK. Lavinia is originally from the North of Germany and holds an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin.
